Rewards and Maximum Points

Given a list of reward points for each customer, in the final round of the lottery, the last drawn customer receives N points, the second last receives N-1 points, and so on. Calculate how many customers have the maximum points when adding their final round reward to their initial reward. Example Input 3 1 2 3
