Given a string s, determine the number of substrings that consist solely of vowels. The vowels are [a, e, i, o, u]. Every vowel must appear at least once in each substring. Implement a function countVowelSubstrings that takes a string s as a parameter and returns the number of such substrings.
Constraints:
1 <= s.length <= 10^5
s consists of lowercase English letters only.
Example Input:
"aeiouaeiou"
