It checks background and logistics, then adaptively deep-dives into projects, design decisions, conflicts, and workplace AI usage while recording camera, screen, and transcript. Asks how your current company integrates AI tools into its workflow. Closes by inviting your questions; the AI deflects specifics (visa sponsorship, internal AI tooling, and details beyond the job description) to the hiring team or company website. Notes The follow-ups are genuinely dynamic rather than scripted — any answer can spawn a deeper probe, so keep each story structured and be ready to go two or three levels deep on anything you raise. Finish each answer in one coherent turn. A pause can cause the AI to begin its next response before you have finished speaking. Treat the "how does your company use AI tools" question as a recurring beat; answer with concrete tools and a short rationale, not a deflection.
