You are given two CSV log files:
ComputeA-send.csv: when messages are sent by ComputeA
ComputeB-receive.csv: when messages are received by ComputeB
Each row contains:
message_type: string identifying the message type
id: a unique, incrementing integer identifying the message
synchronized_timestamp: integer timestamp when the message is sent/received
Compute the message latency for each message that appears in both files:
latency = receive_timestamp - send_timestamp
Print results as:
message_type, id, latency

Receive:
message_type, id, synchronized_timestamp

altitude, 2, 2
Assume up to ~1e5 rows per file; aim for efficient runtime (near O(n) or O(n log n)).
