Stock Price History System

Design a system to record price changes of multiple stock symbols and return the stock prices for each symbol in chronological order. The system should support the following APIs: record a new stock price, retrieve the list of stock prices at a certain time, and retrieve the complete historical price list of a specific stock symbol.
