Find K Restaurants Matching Prefix

Given a list of restaurant names and a prefix, find the k restaurants that match the prefix. Same restaurant name can have multiple locations. Now, given the user's location, find the k that match the prefix. Restaurant location should be within a certain radius of the user's location. Example Input Pizza Place
