Prepare to explain your current role and Databricks motivation, a project you are proud of, feedback you disagreed with and how you reacted, and a technical disagreement with a coworker and how it was resolved. Requirements Prepare clear, specific answers for these prompts: Describe your current role and explain why you want to join Databricks. Tell the interviewer about a project you are most proud of. Describe feedback you disagreed with, including how you reacted. Describe a disagreement with a coworker over a technical decision and how it was resolved. Notes The round combines motivation, ownership, receptiveness to feedback, and technical conflict resolution. Keep the project context concrete enough that the interviewer can distinguish your individual contribution from the team's work. Preparation Draft a 90-second STAR outline for each listed prompt; label the context, your individual action, the outcome, and what you learned. Rehearse the proud-project and technical-disagreement answers aloud, then remove any sentence that obscures your personal contribution or how the conflict was resolved. Write one sentence explaining how the disputed feedback changed your later behavior, and practice delivering it without blaming the other person.
