← 返回 atlassian 的题目列表Atlassian Values and Management Rounds
类型:qbank
Atlassian's later-stage behavioral loop is usually split into a values round and a management or hiring-manager round. Questions repeatedly target mentorship, helping teammates, feedback, ownership, ambiguity, sudden changes, mistakes, and alignment with Atlassian's five values.
Requirements
Prepare for a values-focused round and a management / hiring-manager round.
Values prompts include:
Have you been a mentor or mentee?
Have you helped a team member improve?
What does an effective team look like to you?
How did you handle feedback?
How did you handle a case where you missed the mark?
Management prompts include:
Describe a case where you owned the outcome.
How did you handle unclear requirements?
How did you handle sudden changes, such as leadership or direction changes?
Have you helped a teammate become better?
Other repeated themes: pushback, change and improvement, ambiguity, mistakes and recovery, role clarity, and learning.
Notes
The management round can carry heavy leveling weight; candidates have been downleveled even when technical rounds were stronger.
Interviewers may keep probing when they have not collected the signal they need. Answer with role, action, conflict, impact, and learning rather than a generic story.
Preparation
Prepare two stories each for mentorship, ambiguity, conflict/pushback, ownership, feedback, and failure recovery.
Map each story to Atlassian values and practice concise follow-up answers about personal contribution and measurable impact.
